Methodology
- Fixed weights. The creator sets the allocation. It stays there until a published rebalance rule runs.
- The original composition stays in place.
- No constituent can be more than 40% of the index.
- Before an asset can be held, it needs at least $250,000 of liquidity and 7 days of trading history.
- Basket trades are rejected when slippage is above 2%.
- If a constituent fails those checks, it is removed and the remaining weights are scaled back to 100%.
These rules are published now. The program enforces them when the index is deployed.
